Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Haki Cam (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). These Terms are a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") and Moment Lab, the developer of the App (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content of the App, including but not limited to: the software, source code, interface design, icons, trademarks, documents, graphics, audio, algorithms, and related technologies, is the property of Moment Lab and is protected by applicable copyright laws and relevant international treaties.
  2. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, renting, decompiling, reverse engineering, mirroring, or otherwise misusing any part of the App in any form.
  3. Without our prior written consent, no individual or organization may use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App, nor may they copy or imitate its core features, interface design, or technical implementation.

2. User Content Ownership

  1. Any photos, images, or creative works imported or created by the User through the App ("User Content") remain the sole property of the User, and the User bears full responsibility for such content.
  2. The App does not store, upload, or analyze any user images. It serves solely as a local tool for image processing and creative work, and we have no direct or indirect legal association with any content created using the App.
  3. The User shall bear all legal responsibility for any disputes, copyright claims, or legal issues arising from the User Content. We shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

3. End-User Terms Required by Apple

When using this App, please follow the LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA). If you have downloaded the Haki mobile application (the “App”) from the Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) App Store or if you are using the App on an iOS device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following notice regarding Apple.

These Terms are between you and Haki only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Haki Service and the content thereof. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, then you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any applicable purchase price for the App to you; and that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including:

(a) product liability claims;

(b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and

(c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
